Manager, Accounts Team Lead

Role Overview:
We’re hiring an Accounts Team Manager to lead our growing team of Implementation Specialists. This role will oversee day-to-day execution across active accounts, ensuring that platform implementations (primarily Gong, with some adjacent RevTech work) are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong client satisfaction. You’ll serve as the operational lead across multiple customer pods supporting delivery pacing, coaching team members, and troubleshooting execution gaps.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who understands service delivery, can manage capacity across accounts, and is comfortable stepping in to support client success and discovering new projects and sources of revenue.
The right candidate will have past agency or professional services experience to build out structure in a fast-moving environment and help drive quality, accountability, and collaboration across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across multiple Implementation Specialists and active client accounts
- Monitor delivery timelines, scope adherence, and quality across Gong and RevTech platform work
- Support onboarding, coaching, and development of new and existing team members
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize resourcing, workflows, and capacity planning
- Act as the point of accountability for execution-level success across assigned pod
- Discover new sources of revenue by reviewing engagements and enabling implementation team to flag new opportunities for the sales team
- Track delivery metrics and identify areas for improvement in quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in RevOps, implementation services, or technical account management
- 2+ years managing delivery teams, project leads, or client-facing specialists
- Capable of managing, growing, and supporting diverse implementation team remotely
- Strong working knowledge of Gong or similar sales engagement and revenue platforms
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, and supporting RevTech systems
- Capable of managing execution across multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Clear communicator, calm under pressure, and can adopt to fast growing environment
- Experience in agency or service delivery environments is strongly preferred
Compensation:
- Full Time (Contract 1099)
- Salary Range: $60,000-70,000 / OTE $70,000-$85,000
