Please note : in this integral to expansion and our team role, Implementation Specialist will be based in US, and responsible for our EMEA and select US, East Coast, based clients with work hours that will be in the range of 7am - 4pm Monday through Friday.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Implementation Specialist who is responsible for managing the successful implementation of Sales Engagement, Automation, and CRM Platforms in a company. They work closely with the IT and business teams to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the company’s requirements. The role involves a deep understanding of the systems being implemented, as well as the project management skills necessary to manage a complex implementation from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the implementation of a Sales Engagement, Automation, and CRM Platforms. This includes gathering requirements, creating a project plan, and managing the project team to ensure that milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Must communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes working with the IT team to ensure that the technology is implemented correctly, as well as with business leaders to ensure that the project meets the company’s strategic objectives.
- After the implementation is complete, providing training and support to the end-users. This includes creating user guides, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure that the system is used effectively.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the system and identifying areas for improvement, as well as identifying new technologies that can be implemented to improve the company’s operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the company’s software products.
- Lead the implementation process, from kickoff to completion.
- Create, update, and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation documents.
- Develop, test, and deploy customized solutions for clients.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues encountered during various phases of the implementation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolution of technical issues.
- Manage project-related invoices and client communication.
- Provide training for client staff on the usage of new systems and software.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management or implementation
- Experience in SalesTech (Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot) and/or CRM/MarTech (HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- The ability to work from our Lehi, Utah office is strongly preferred; however, remote work is possible for the right candidate.
- Remote candidates must have a private, quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and a reliable computer.
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and project timelines.
- Ability to translate technical insights into clear executive summaries.
- Highly responsive with excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full Time (Contract 1099 start / move into W2 with benefits to be available in Q1 2025)
- Salary Range $50,000 - $60,000
- Bonus potentials of up to 5% based on business performance, 15% individual performance
